Fee Schedule

Insurance – Dr. Rose is an in-network provider for many insurance companies. When you call to schedule you will receive a questionnaire to help guide you through your benefits (co pay, deductible, labs)  to best help you determine your coverage and out of pocket costs.

Introductory Visit — A 15 minute free visit in order to meet Dr. Rose and ask questions. No obligations.

First Office Visit — First visits are approximately one hour.  Dr. Rose will evaluate your goals, your chief complaint, medical history, current health challenges, diet and lifestyle. All recommendation will be individually tailored to meet your needs and fit with your lifestyle. $375

Return Office Visit — Return Visits are approximately an hour. You can expect to review your recommendations/protocol, your progress toward optimum health, ask questions and make changes as necessary. $250 or $175 for 30 min.

Remote Consultation — Remote visits are approximately one hour. Rose will discuss your goals, health concerns, medical history, current health challenges, diet and lifestyle. All recommendations will be individually tailored to meet your needs and fit with your lifestyle. New – $375, return 60 min- $250, return 30 min – $175

Craniosacral Therapy — Visits are approximately 1 hour. A gentle, relaxing, energetic therapy designed to balance your body’s natural rhythms. Please call for more information. $150

IV Therapy  – Meyers $100,  IV Multivitamin/mineral $150,  IV Vitamin C $100-150. These prices are for the materials and nutrients and are not covered by insurance.

NOTE: If for some reason you should need to reschedule or cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your visit. There is a $75 fee for cancellations with in 24hrs of your schedule time. Thank you for your understanding!
